Conference Rooms

Are you a Member looking to book a conference room? Then you’ve found the place! These are all booked through liquidspace, so make sure you’ve set up your account before beginning the booking process. If you’re not a NextSpace member you should call or email each location directly (contact info is listed on the bottom of the page).

NextSpace Santa Cruz

NextSpace Santa Cruz has two conference rooms; one seating up to 50 on comfy ergonomic chairs with 2 large dry-erase boards, and a projector and large screen available for rent. The smaller meeting room seats up to three, is equipped with a whiteboard and is the perfect setting for intimate meetings or conference calls. Hosting a larger event? You can also rent the café area, which can fit up to 75 individuals.

NextSpace San Francisco


NextSpace San Francisco has a great conference room with a long table seating up to 20 on comfy ergonomic chairs, 2 whiteboards, and a projector and screen available for rent. Hosting a larger event? You can also rent the café area, which has impressive redwood tables, exposed brick and two lounge style spaces, with a 100 person occupancy.

NextSpace Los Angeles


NextSpace Los Angeles has two conference room; one seating up to 30 with a large dry-erase board, projector and large screen available for rent. The smaller meeting room seats up to 5, is equipped with a whiteboard and is the perfect setting for intimate meetings or conference calls. Hosting a larger event? You can also rent the café area, which can fit up to 150 individuals.

NextSpace San Jose


NextSpace San Jose has a fabulous Conference Room with comfortable table seating for 8 and additional backbench seating for 4 available for rent. Our room is the perfect area for meetings and comes complete with a white(or, rather, blue)board. Need a table with easy access to the rest of the community? You can also rent our community conference table, with seating for 10 people near our café area.

NextSpace @ Amplify


NextSpace @ Amplify has a Conference Room on the third floor, overlooking the buzzing startup accelerator, Amplify. Seating 10-12 around the board table, with a maximum capacity of 20. The Conference Room comes complete with a wall-length whiteboard, conference phone and TV projector. Our smaller Meeting Room fits 3-4 and has a whiteboard.

NextSpace Union Square


NextSpace Union Square has two conference rooms. The larger room is excellent for groups up to 20, has two entrance doors and a giant glass panel so you can see all the action inside. The smaller room seats 4-6 and is lit up with natural light from a glass window near the ceiling (so you can still have privacy). Both rooms include comfy ergonomic chairs, whiteboards, and a projector and screen available for rent. Hosting a larger event? You can also rent the café area, which has impressive redwood tables, four telephone booths, and a few slick lounge style areas, with a 200 person occupancy.

 

What You Need to Know About Holding a Meeting/Event at NextSpace

  • NextSpace is a coworking space, and members have 24/7 access. We are also a community, please be sure to read and agree to our Community Norms. Learn more on our About Us page.
  • You are welcome to come down and check out the space anytime between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
  • If you would like to rent the projector, or need furniture specially arranged, please let us know at least 24hr in advance so we can plan accordingly.
  • We require a deposit of half the total amount due at the time of booking.
  • Please be respectful of our space! Clean up after yourself and your guests.
  • There is a $25 administrative fee per day for weekend and after hour events.
  • Our refrigerator space can be very limited, please plan accordingly if you would like to bring refrigerated items to your event.
  • If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
