You know how it is with entrepreneurs and innovators…they always have multiple streams of creativity.  We’ve discovered that NextSpacers have some pretty cool hidden talents and many make really cool stuff.  This year instead of the fighting crowds at the mall to buy stuff of questionable ethical origin come to Member Happy Hour and have a glass of holiday cheer and finish up your last minute holiday shopping.

Here’s what you’ll find so far

(NextSpace members if you or an immediate family member would like to sell your stuff please contact Lydia.)

Hand Made Elastic hair ties (scrunchies) that look BEAUTIFUL in your hair or on your wrist – ready to go into your hair at a moments notice. I make these hair ties with specialty yarn and elastic that I get in Hawaii. Much of the yarn is made in small dye lots and only sold in Hawaii. I make many of the hair ties to look like you are wearing flowers in your hair. They are PERFECT for stocking stuffers, Secret Santa presents, or several in different colors make a great gift. The big bonus…they don't pull out your hair like regular elastic bands do.

Afterwards you may want to head across the street to the MAH’s Winter Solstice Art Market. Ring in the winter solstice with cozy winter activities that will ignite your holiday spirit. Make  your own snow globe, crafty holiday cards and handmade wrapping paper just in time for the holidays. Local artists will be selling their work in our indoor Art Market with handmade prints, drawings, sculpture and jewelry. Homegrown Specialties Marketplace will bring a pop-up marketplace of infused honey, milk soaps, lotions and salvaged succulents that are perfect for the holidays.
