Let’s not kid ourselves, stress is something that we’re all susceptible to. While we obviously work tirelessly to provide you guys with the tools you need to avoid these feelings, stress can even occur here at good ol’ NextSpace.
No really, we couldn’t believe it either!
Luckily, our friend Dr. Johnathan Horowitz is here to help. We’re going to be holding two What’s Next Lunches on Thursday, February 21st and Thursday, February 28th respectively. Both events will be devoted to stress and anxiety in the workplace and will provide a host of tips and tricks to steer clear of these menacing foes. The two events held will have separate themes, so make sure to attend both!

Winning the Long Game:How to become more resilient and beat burnout at work.
Thursday, February 28th
Getting in Gear: Overcoming procrastination and perfectionism at work.
Both events will be held in the Brick Room from 1pm – 12pm. We’ll be sure to send plenty of reminders, and come tap you on the shoulder while it’s going on just in case. But to be honest, if you’re too buried in work to attend, that’s a pretty good indication that you might benefit from some of Dr Horowitz’ advice.
